• Waterproofing
  Waterproofing protects your foundation walls by sealing cracks and preventing water infiltration. In new construction, this is applied before backfilling, but in older homes, it often wasn’t done. For existing foundations, the soil is excavated to the footing, the walls are cleaned, cracks are patched, and a sealer is applied from grade down to the footing. Once complete, the foundation is backfilled and properly graded. Waterproofing is most effective when paired with a footing drain to carry water away.
• Exterior Footing Drain (Perimeter Drain)
  An exterior footing drain is a pipe-and-stone system installed along the outside of the foundation footing. It collects water running down the foundation wall or groundwater sitting against the footing, and directs it to a proper discharge area. • Interior Footing Drain (Perimeter Drain)
