Jonathan Skipper
Founder / Co-Owner | Director of Estimating & Project Management
Jon is the founder and co-owner of Drainage Experts LLC and leads estimating, system design, and project management. With over 45 years of experience in the septic and drainage industry, he brings deep technical knowledge and practical insight to every project.
Jon works closely with customers to develop effective solutions tailored to each property’s unique needs, ensuring projects are properly planned from start to finish. He is frequently out in the field overseeing work and making sure every project meets the high-quality standards Drainage Experts is known for.
He is passionate about quality workmanship, mentoring the next generation of field leaders, and maintaining the strong reputation the company has built within the community.
Outside of work, Jon enjoys spending time with his family, including his two daughters, one son, and six grandchildren. He also enjoys boating, fishing, and helping friends and family with various projects.
Benjamin Bahler
Co-Owner | Director of Operations
Ben is the Co-Owner and Director of Operations at Drainage Experts LLC, where he oversees daily field operations, project execution, and the management of the company’s fleet and equipment. With over a decade of experience in the septic, sewer, and drainage industry, he plays a critical role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the high standards customers have come to expect.
In addition to his hands-on involvement in the field, Ben manages many of the company’s operational and administrative functions, including banking relationships, accounting coordination, vendor partnerships, and human resources. He is passionate about building a strong team culture, developing future field leaders, and driving the continued growth of the business.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and their dog George. He also values time with extended family and enjoys traveling, being outdoors, hiking, boating, and skiing.
Corinne Wentworth
Office Administration & Customer Support
Corinne plays an essential role in keeping Drainage Experts running smoothly behind the scenes. She manages scheduling, customer communication, accounts payable and receivable, and the day-to-day coordination of office operations.
Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail help ensure customers receive clear communication and a seamless experience from the first phone call through project completion. Corinne takes pride in supporting both the team and customers, helping maintain the high level of service Drainage Experts is known for.
Outside of work, Corinne has been married to her husband for 30 years and is a proud mother to a son and two daughters. She enjoys hiking, gardening, and vacationing with her family, as well as spending time with friends and extended family.
TJ Day
Project Foreman | Septic & Drainage Specialist
TJ is a key leader on the Drainage Experts team, helping guide daily field operations and supporting crew members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. His responsibilities include overseeing shop organization and maintenance, as well as the installation and repair of septic and drainage systems.
With a strong work ethic and hands-on leadership style, TJ plays an important role in keeping both field operations and equipment running smoothly. His ability to learn quickly and continue developing his skills has been instrumental in his growth within the company and will remain an important part of the team’s future success.
Outside of work, TJ enjoys spending time outdoors, especially fishing and exploring nature. When he’s not in the woods, he can often be found working on his vehicles or listening to music. TJ is newly married to his wife Ashley, and together they share a son, Everett, along with their dog, Duck.
Andre Linton
Apprentice | Septic & Drainage Technician
Andre is an apprentice at Drainage Experts, assisting with septic and drainage projects in the field. As a developing member of the team, he is gaining hands-on experience while building a strong foundation in septic system installation, drainage solutions, and jobsite operations.
Andre brings a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn, contributing to the team’s commitment to quality workmanship and dependable service.
Outside of work, Andre enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is the youngest of four siblings and is a proud uncle to seven nieces and two nephews. In his free time, he enjoys bowling, watching movies, and following sports.
Jonny Skipper
Future Drainage Expert (Next Generation in Training)
Jonny is a regular visitor at the Drainage Experts shop and enjoys spending time around the trucks, equipment, and jobsite materials — especially playing in the mud and rock piles, and driving his tractor and lawn mower around the yard.
When he’s on site, Jonny takes his role seriously by “inspecting” the trucks and making sure the crew is working hard. His curiosity and enthusiasm for equipment and construction make him a natural fit within the Drainage Experts family culture.
Jonny represents the next generation and the strong family values that are at the core of the company.
Amalie Bahler
Future Drainage Expert (Next Generation in Training)
Amalie is the newest member of the Drainage Experts family and is already helping the team by bringing smiles to the shop. While she may still be learning the ropes, she is often found keeping a close eye on the daily activity and brightening the crew’s day.
As the daughter of co-owner Ben, Amalie represents the next generation and the strong family values that are at the core of Drainage Experts. Her presence is a reminder that the company is built not only on hard work and quality craftsmanship, but also on family, community, and long-term legacy.
When she’s not visiting the shop, Amalie enjoys spending time with her parents and their dog, George.
